The Gate Films Chooses Adbank for Managing Production Assets

Adbank allows for a production company to maintain a complete overview of their productions and the associated assets. The Gate had been working with Adstream for over 6 years delivering TV commercials to broadcasters but it was earlier this year that they made the decision to migrate over to the new Adbank platform and really take advantage of collaborating further up the production chain.

 

The Gate produces a huge amount of high quality films for the likes of Vauxhall, Missguided, The Scottish Government, London Live and McDonalds across multiple platforms. Often these projects have tight turnaround times and deadlines, so being able to manage that process efficiently is critical. They now have the ability to start a project, upload and share any associated files from client brief through to storyboards, artwork, edits and eventually the final clocked master. Sharing these assets with managed permissions and gaining client approval can all be done online.

 

In addition to managing work in progress, The Gate use the Library function to archive their work in managed collections based on client and Directors on their roster. The search functionality means that they can easily find any archived spots and build presentations that they can share with their clients or use to win new business.
