Stitch LA Welcomes Award Winning Editor Dan Bootzin

With over 20 years editing experience Dan has worked on brand commercial campaigns with clients including: Nissan, Jack in the Box, Lexus, Acura, Visa, Infiniti, Pepsi, Sony Playstation and Energizer, with award winning directors from Matt Aselton, David Shane and Michael Downing, among others.

Dan has won numerous awards over his career, most notably an Emmy for his work on "Think Different", the iconic spot for Apple Computers. He has edited numerous long format projects, digital content, documentaries, short films, and an independent feature.

Not satisfied with being one of the best editors in the business, Dan also turns his hand to directing with projects including; the award-winning short  ‘Six Point Nine’ and an independent feature film ‘Apartment 12’, starring Mark Ruffalo.  On top of all this, Dan is currently directing and editing several documentary projects.

On him joining the Stitch LA roster, EP Mila Davis couldn’t be happier and had this to say: “Dan is not only an excellent editor but he’s a great guy too, I’m lucky enough to have known him for a long time so know he’s the perfect fit for us.”
