Imagine a place that’s both an urban jungle and an *urban* *jungle*. A place where 80% of the population live in apartment blocks and yet lush foliage dominates the cityscape. A tiny country that’s home to a hugely diverse mix of cultures, ethnicities and religion. A place where you can visit colourful Buddhist and Taoist and Hindu temples… or you can transport yourself to a glowing alien rainforest planet that’s straight out of Avatar. A place where someone decided to build a hotel with a massive boat on top of it. Just ‘cos.
This month LBB’s Matt Cooper and Laura Swinton headed to Singapore. The city state is an important hub for global and regional business and banking – and of course advertising. Because we know you lot love to nose round other people’s offices, we figured we’d take you on a tour. We didn’t get photos of everywhere we went and everyone we met, but we want to say thanks to all the great people we caught up with and thanks for the wonderful Singaporean welcome!
