Sherbet Signs Emmanuelle Walker
Animator and illustrator gets representation
Sherbet have announced the most recent addition to their roster of animation directors. Emmanuelle Walker was born in Switzerland and grew up in Canada where she studied traditional animation and spent her first years in the industry working on TV series, documentaries, short films and music videos.
In 2007, she moved to Paris to integrate the world-renowned animation school Les Gobelins, being granted direct admission to the final year. Her co-directed graduation film “After The Rain” was screened in a dozen of animation festivals around the world, winning approval from the public and critics alike.
Emmanuelle recently moved to London after spending four years in France where she collaborated as a director/animator/illustrator with a handful of international clients, being praised for her ability to create charming illustrations out of basic cut-outs and shapes.
