Alexandra Kaube, Ronald Hochmayer, Johan von Gersdorff and Christian Gosch to lead the House of Communication

As of July 1st 2017, a four-strong management board will be leading the House of Communication in Vienna. Their expertise will cover all the major communication disciplines offered by the Serviceplan Group. The board includes Alexandra Kaube, managing director of the digital agency Plan.Net Austria; Ronald Hochmayer, managing director of media agency Mediaplus Austria; Johan von Gersdorff, managing director of the creative agency Serviceplan Austria; and Christian Gosch, executive creative director of the same agency.

The three managing directors and recently appointed director Christian Gosch will together focus on the development of the location and share responsibility for the 50 employees at the House of Communication in Vienna. André Felker, who has driven development of the location forward significantly and successfully since 2011, wants to take on new business challenges and will therefore be leaving the Serviceplan Group.

Markus Noder, Managing Director of Serviceplan International, emphasises the significance of the House of Communication in Vienna: "Austria is a major location for us and we are thrilled that we will be working with Alexandra, Ronald, Johan and Christian to shape the next phase in the development of the House. Our aims include the expansion of the digital services offered by Plan.Net, the promotion of the innovative strengths of Mediaplus and the strengthening of our position as a top creative hub with Serviceplan."

The House of Communication in Vienna has been running since 2011 and, like all the other Houses of Communication in the Serviceplan Group, it combines all the communication disciplines under one roof. This enables interdisciplinary solutions to be developed for customers in one place. Customers in Vienna include Lindt & Sprüngli AG, WMF Group, Aida Cruises, SalzburgerLand Tourismus G.m.b.H., MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, Verband Österreichischer Zeitungen (VÖZ), BMW Group, UniCredit Bank Austria AG, tele.ring, win2day, Österreichische Sportwetten Gesellschaft m.b.H., Kapsch Group, Richter Kinderschuhe and Schur Flexibles Group.

Alexandra Kaube, Managing Director of Plan.Net Austria since March 2017, founded her first digital agency in Los Angeles and Vienna after working for McKinsey & Company in Austria and the USA. In 2005, she set up the digital agency "Whoisthebrainbehind", based in Vienna, acting as Managing Director until 2016. Her focus on the Management Board will be the development of digital disciplines.

Johan von Gersdorff, Managing Director of Serviceplan Austria since April 2017, has over 20 years of experience in international management. In his previous roles as a strategic advisor for brands and marketing at Verbalisation in London (2015–2016), International Account Director at Kolle Rebbe in Hamburg (2012–2014), Global Operations and Account Director at FCB (2006–2012) and Regional Management Supervisor at Ogilvy (2000–2006), he gained extensive international expertise in managing major brands and large teams. Together with Christian Gosch, he will continue to strengthen and develop the positioning of the Serviceplan brand in Austria.

Christian Gosch, Executive Creative Director at Serviceplan Austria and a recent addition to the management team, worked for PKP BBDO in Vienna between 2005 and 2012, initially as a copywriter and then as Creative Director, before changing to Serviceplan in 2013. He is a Board Member of Creativ Club Austria and has received multiple awards for his work on national and international festivals such as Cannes Lions. In his role on the new board, he will focus on driving innovation and creation forward across all the agencies.

Ronald Hochmayer, Managing Director at Mediaplus Austria since 2012, worked for MediaCom in Vienna, the largest media agency in Austria, between 2001 and 2010, latterly as Client Service Director on the Management Board. He took over unit management responsibility for Mediaplus Austria in the same year. His leadership vision is to make media planning even more innovative.
