R/GA London Appoints Liz Nottingham as Executive HR Director, EMEA

R/GA London has announced the recent hire of Liz Nottingham as Executive HR Director for EMEA. A seasoned professional with over 25 years’ experience in human resources, Liz joins the EMEA Executive team at R/GA as the agency continues to expand its operations in the region and will be responsible for leading people management, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs. Liz will report into Matt Lodder, EVP Managing Director, R/GA EMEA and succeeds Jenny Piggott, who is leaving the business after eight years at R/GA to focus on her family commitments.

Liz joins R/GA having previously held HR senior leadership roles within VivaKi, Grey, Weber Shandwick and most recently Starcom MediaVest for eight years. During her time at Starcom Media Vest as Group HR Director for UK and Western Europe, Liz helped transform the talent agenda and played an active role in delivering industry leading learning and development programs. During Liz’s employment, the agency successfully made the Sunday Times Top 100 rankings for three years and oversaw the company being awarded and retaining  Mumsnet Gold Family Friendly awards for their creative and leading edge work around parents.
