Campaign from BSSP follows the journey of one couple using the real estate brand's technology and services
Redfin, the next-generation real estate brokerage, is kicking off the year with new advertising from Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners.

The spot follows the journey of one young couple in search of a new home, highlighting their ability to get new home listing alerts faster than other buyers, book tours straight from their Redfin app, and work directly with a local Redfin agent who guides them every step of the way until they find the home that’s right for them.

Buying or selling a home has never been considered an easy process; however, this year Redfin predicts that with the new tax rules, low housing inventory, and rising interest rates, the process will be even more complex.

“Our challenge was to show how the magic of Redfin technology combined with the personal service of a Redfin agent can help people find and buy the best home possible, often in competitive real estate markets,” said Lindsay Grant, Group Business Director at BSSP. “The concept of being transported from home to home just by opening a door gave us the visual framework to do that, while building the connection between the customers and the agent along the way.”

The new Redfin TV spot debuted in Boston during the Super Bowl this past Sunday, and will air in select markets across the country over the next several months.
