There are 3 TV spots in which a particular football player lives again one of his memorable UEFA Champions League moments as a player, but now through cinema lens
The new Heineken UCL campaign conveys that a UCL match is a blockbuster show worth watching as It is an unpredictable story that is written live by the best players
in the world. A show like this deserves to be shared amongst friends and with beer (heineken, of Course.) For this reason we’ll show that any moment in any match can unleash the same emotions of a great movie. To do so, we’ll take a specific moment of real footage from a UCL match and expand it into a cinematic scene, to emphasize
all of its tension and drama.

Ronaldinho Gaúcho is in dystopian future trying to survive from his opponents. Like he did on the pitch in 2006, playing for Barcelona against Werder Bremen.

In another film, the former heroic Liverpool goalkeeper, Jerzy Dudek, does his moves – like a dance - to distract his opponent during the penalty shootout. On this reinterpretation, he faces his opponent on a duel portrayed hundred of years ago. As we can see, his trick helped his team to win the dreamed UEFA Champions League Trophy in 2005.

And the last film presents the striker Van Nistelrooy. He represents a character that is trying to escape from a group of bad guys. He does whatever it takes to do it, speeding up and dodging them. Like he did when he played for Real Madrid, against Lazio in 2007.
