Prior to joining Posterscope, Gill was head of marketing and communications at Starcom MediaVest

Posterscope, the out-of-home and location marketing specialist, has today appointed Gill Huber to the newly created role of Chief Client Officer.

Currently Head of Marketing and Communications, Huber becomes CCO immediately to lead growth initiatives and better integrate the Strategy and Marketing teams.  She will retain her current responsibilities while additionally fostering agency and direct client relationships, to drive understanding of the full scale of OOH and how it can make a positive impact on brands.  Huber will also be responsible for ensuring that the medium has an ever-stronger voice within a wider context such as content, digital, brand building and creativity

Prior to joining Posterscope, Gill was head of marketing and communications at Starcom MediaVest and before that, business director and account director on clients including EMI, Harveys furniture, Heineken and Capital One.

Gill Huber will report into Posterscope UK MD Glen Wilson.

Glen Wilson, Posterscope UK MD, said: “I’m delighted to broaden Gill’s remit to the newly created role of Chief Client Officer.  Her marketing experience plus many years in a client facing role within media agencies leaves her well placed to take on this broader, revenue driving role.  OOH has undergone many changes over the last few years and data, technology and physical infrastructure are now in a place to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness for advertisers’ campaigns.  We want to ensure that our clients are aware of the full opportunity and the business driving capability of OOH and to make sure they are best placed to take advantage of OOH for their brands.”
