One Show Interactive Announces Quarter Finalists
The One Club today announced the first quarter (Q1) finalists for One Show Interactive 2013, the industry's most prestigious awards competition celebrating the year's best in digital advertising and new media. Eighty-one finalists will move on to the final round of judging, when 33 of the industry’s brightest talents gather next March in New York City to judge these as well as the other finalists to decide who will take home the coveted Gold, Silver and Bronze Pencils.
In response to the fast-paced evolution of interactive and digital work, One Show Interactive was the first in the industry to move to a quarterly entry system. One Show Interactive 2013 Q3 submissions are open October 13-November 30. Q4 entries will be accepted December 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013. Pencil award winners will be announced on May 10, 2013 at an awards presentation held during the One Show Festival, the centrepiece of Creative Week New York. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has proclaimed the weeklong celebration of creativity, created and produced by The One Club, an annual citywide event the second week in May
