ODD is launching in the US after winning the global creative account for Perry Ellis.
ODD won the retailer's integrated account, with a remit including advertising for the brand’s fragrance line, after a competitive pitch process involving three US agencies.
Commenting on the win, Kathryn Jubrail, Managing Partner at ODD said: “We are delighted to be working with a fashion brand with such a rich heritage in helping to define American sportswear. We look forward to continuing our new journey together.”
This is the first time the agency, part of the Next 15 Communications Group, will have its own presence in the US. Initially, it will focus on its expertise in the fashion retail sector.
ODD has previously worked with Los Angeles-based fashion retailer Forever 21 on brand development and positioning, social strategy and seasonal campaigns. The agency has also held the global accounts for other leading fashion and lifestyle brands over its 13-year history, with campaigns for the likes of Dr. Martens, Primark, Henri Lloyd, adidas and Lacoste all having run in the US.
