NBA 'Jingle Balls'

As a follow up the NBA holiday spot last year called 'Big Color', Goodby Silverstein & Partners have launched 'Jingle Balls'. 

 

 

This year they wanted to share even more holiday cheer with fans and give them an even bigger stunt showing off NBA players’ incredible skills—in this case, perfectly timed three-­pointers. Well, maybe there was a little movie magic involved:

 

"Jingle Hoops" features five of the NBA’s biggest superstars wearing this year's Special Edition Christmas Day Uniforms. They face a row of baskets with sleigh bells attached to each net. The players begin shooting balls in a choreographed fashion, each swish producing a different bell note. Swish after swish, we begin to recognize it’s a song they’re playing—specifically, the holiday classic “One-Horse Open Sleigh.” The emphatic final note (usually shouted as “Hey!”) is sounded by an alley-­oop by LeBron James.

Featured players: Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Steve Nash and LeBron James

The uniforms, part of the Adidas Winter Court collection, will be worn by NBA players exclusively during the Christmas Day games. Fans can now purchase the special one-game-only uniforms at nbastore.com.
