Myles Lord Joins International Panel of Judges at Ciclope Festival in Berlin
The 9thedition of Ciclope Festival will take place in Berlin on 8 and 9 November, and Serviceplan Berlin Managing Creative Director Myles Lord will join an esteemed panel of Judges.
Ciclope International Festival of Craft is the international event fully dedicated to film craft in advertising and moving image. Ciclope Festival 2018 will be held at Kino International in Berlin, on 8th and 9th November. As in previous years, the event will continue honouring the art of execution in almost 40 categories, including Direction,Visual Effects, Production Design, Editing, Animation, Sound Design, Casting, Costume Design and Live Experience.
Serviceplan Berlin Managing Creative Director Myles Lord joins an international Jury including award-winning producers, creatives and directors such as; Lalita Koehler (Executive Director of Integrated Production, Saatchi & Saatchi); Anna Murray (Head of Integrated Production, Mother London); Liz Taylor (CCO, FBC Chicago); Rupert Reynolds-MacLean (MD, Biscuit Filmworks); and David Kolbusz (CCO, Droga5 London).
CICLOPE Festival is the only international event fully dedicated to “craft” in moving image. In the last few years, it has become a platform for top directors, creative and artists. Entries will be personally discussed and judged by an outstanding panel of award- winning producers, creatives,directors and industry leaders from all over the world.
Jurors will evaluate the entries, choose the finalists and later, through an in-person judging session in Berlin, will select the winners, giving away one Bronze, one Silver and one Gold award in each category. Unlike advertising festivals, this event focuses on the art of execution, rather than the ideas.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony, to be held at Kino International, on 9th November.
