LOLA Celebrates Success at 2015 Euro Effies

LOLA won a Bronze Euro Effie Award for their campaign “Magnum. Celebrating 25 years of pleasure.” created for Unilever at the Euro Effie Awards Gala in Brussels’ Cercle de Lorraine business club last night.

The campaign re-stated its iconic brand and everything it stands for in the biggest, most appetizing Celebration of Pleasure. The celebration leveraged Magnum in key territories of fashion, film, celebrities and sociability to smash sales targets and achieve unprecedented social engagement.

20 winners from 5 countries across Europe were selected by an international jury of senior agency and client representatives chaired by Josep Hernandez, Senior Director of Communications Planning at Mondelez International, with the United Kingdom winning 9 awards, Germany 7 and Denmark 2. Agencies from Spain and France walked away with one Euro Effie Award each.

In addition, the Spansh Effies took place on Thursday, October 29th in Madrid. The Gala was held in the emblematic Royal Theater and included special performances by pop star Dani Martín and Mezzosoprano Nancy Fabiola Herrera. The spectacular event also celebrated the 50 anniversary of the Advertisers Association of Spain.

LOLA took home a Silver Effie in the Special International category for their global work for Unilever´s Cornetto.
