Film shows the impact of CSR programme P&G Shiksha, combining a moving story with powerful cinematography
Leo Burnett India has created a poignant film for P&G’s flagship corporate social responsibility programme P&G Shiksha. The initiative builds and supports over 1500 schools and looks at impacting the lives of over 1.2 million children.

Children in remote parts of India do not have access to schools. The film, which was directed by Robbie Grewal and Gary Grewal of Red Ice Films, tells the story of one such child, Appu, who really wishes to attend school each day. We see Appu’s father’s sense of helplessness in being unable to send his son to school.

The film ends by informing viewers that by making the choice to buy P&G products, they can help support children like Appu across India
