Leo Burnett Asia Pacific Appoints Oscar Oomens
Jarek Ziebinski, CEO and chairman of Leo Burnett Asia Pacific has announced the appointment of Oscar Oomens as regional business development director. Oomens, who will be based out of Singapore for his new role, was most recently managing partner of Leo Burnett Moscow.
Ziebinski said: "With expansion of the Leo Burnett network in the APAC region and the extensive growth opportunities here, I could not be more delighted to have Oscar on our team. We have gained a lot of experience working together last year when Oscar was supporting us from Singapore on Samsung global AOR pitch."

More impressively, he has continuously created success along the way in markets including Russia and Latin America,” Ziebinski added.
Leo Burnett Asia Pacific recently took out the number. 3 spot for 2014 on the new business ranking report compiled by R3 global marketing consultancy. Within the top three positions for 2014 ranking which has Ogilvy & Mather at no.1 and McCann Worldgroup at no.2, Leo Burnett at no.3 has marked the highest rate of growth (doubling of its new business wins over 12 months).
