'A Micra Revolution' campaign for Nissan picks up two silvers

New York Festivals AME Awards for the World’s Best Advertising and Marketing Effectiveness has announced the finalists for the 2019 competition. 

The AME awards honour the top creative work from agencies all over the world. It has a 25-year legacy of awarding global campaigns that successfully demonstrate innovative solutions and achieve measurable results. 

Huskies won two silvers for their Nissan campaign ‘A Micra Revolution’ which tells how a bespoke Irish campaign rescued the Nissan Micra brand in a declining car market. The campaign converted a generation of brand rejecters into brand supporters and doubled Nissan’s share of the small car segment to 10% in Ireland, outperforming all other European markets.  

Effectiveness awards are very important as they prove that creativity can truly change the success of brands.
