Gyro Expands With Five New Hires in Manchester

Global ideas shop adds handful of talent following winning streak

gyro has welcomed five new hires to its growing Manchester office. The agency has seen an influx of new talent on the back of a winning streak of new business wins. The following team members offer a unique blend of strengths in creative, digital, UX and design.

Chris Neate, traffic manager, brings over 12 years of experience in the advertising industry working in agencies big and small. He comes to gyro from Retrofuzz Ltd where he was a digital project manager, leading strategic planning and management for a number of key global music, fashion and lifestyle clients. Before that, he worked at BJL Group Ltd as a campaign manager for key clients including Asda, British Airways, Crown Paints, Warburtons and Manchester Airport.

Garrick Middleton, senior designer, comes to gyro with an array of skills that includes branding, print and web design, photography and motion graphics. Throughout his career, Middleton has worked at agencies like Fluid and Lesniak Swann and has received a number of creative accolades for his work, including a Fresh Award, Chip Shop Award and a Cream Creativ Award.

Cameron Griffith, heart of house and social media executive, has over eight years of experience in customer service, client management, writing and market research. Griffith is also a freelance photographer and has worked on a number of social media campaigns throughout his career

Adam Gately and Jack Jolly, junior creative team, bring a fresh perspective to gyro. Both Gately and Jolly are recent graduates of Staffordshire University where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Brand Management with first class honors. The creative duo was also part of an award-winning student team called Idcirco and combined have interned at C21, the CBBC Antwerp Program as well as worked on a number of global briefs and freelancing gigs.
