Grey Colombo Promotes Dinusha Wettewe to General Manager
Dinusha Wettewe has been promoted to General Manager of Grey Colombo. Her new role will see her reporting to Nirvik Singh, Chairman & CEO of Grey Group Asia Pacific.
Wettewe joined Grey Colombo in 2012 as an Associate Director Client Servicing from Link Natural Products, a pioneer in manufacturing healthcare, wellness and pharmaceutical products. She is a highly accomplished advertising professional with across the board experience including; marketing and business development, account and client relationships in addition to social and digital media management.
Her time at Grey Colombo saw her developing key business relationships. Wettewe was responsible for the first ever graffiti competition event for Nestle which went on to win a Chilli Award at the prestigious Chillies 2007 Sri Lankan Advertising Awards. Under her guidance, Unilever Sunlight won multiple awards at the 2002/2003 Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) Awards in the personal care category with the first ever locally produced Unilever Fair and Lovely TV commercial clinching a Gold.
Wettewe graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Buckinghamshire New University (UK), an affiliation to Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
