Marisa McWilliams joins globally while Evelyn Hsu leaves W+K to head up APAC comms
FCB has made two hires to its global communications and PR team.

The first is Marisa McWilliams, who joins as corporate communications manager. She will be splitting her time between FCB Global and FCB Health (Cannes 2018 Healthcare Network of the Year), mainly supporting Health internally and externally with communications planning and execution.

Marisa comes to FCB from multicultural marketing agency Team Epiphany, where she served as PR director, amplifying campaigns through strategic media relations for clients like HBO, Heineken, Nike, Absolut and more. She simultaneously spearheaded the agency’s corporate communications efforts by securing awards and speaking opportunities, and driving media coverage for its senior team. Marisa began her public relations career at Edelman, where she spent seven years on the consumer brands team managing accounts like Trojan, Dove Hair, Empire State Building and Wheat Thins.

The second is Evelyn Hsu, who joins as APAC marketing and corporate communications director. She is based in Shanghai and will split her time to focus on other FCB Asia Pacific offices.

Evelyn comes to FCB from Wieden+Kennedy, where she served as a PR lead overseeing internal and external communications for the W+K Tokyo and W+K Shanghai offices, including corporate communications, media relations, editorial and social content strategy, public affairs and strategic planning for the agency brand. She also took part in actively building and reshaping W+K’s PR offerings in the region by recognising the critical and growing importance of content and earned and owned media in successful brand communications. Prior to this, Evelyn spent five years at Ogilvy PR working on various lifestyle teams, managing accounts including Prada, Chanel, Adidas, Tishman and Sun International.
