FCB Chicago Announces New Senior Talent Hires

FCB Chicago has announced a slew of senior level and creative hires, in light of new business wins.

Amongst the 8 creatives joining the agency includes SVP, Group Creative Director Julia DeVos, who will be running all healthcare accounts, including Biovertiv, Janssen and Allergan. DeVos brings three decades of experience, having worked on brands including Discover Card, Budweiser, Frito Lay, and Kraft. Reporting under DeVos is Jon Clarke, Senior Copywriter on Invega Trinza, with agency experience at mcgarrybowen, Wunderman and Ogilvy, and a portfolio including work on Jim Beam, Cruzan Rum, HP, Cars.com, Crayola, Verizon, Marriott, and Chase.

Joining the Smuckers team includes Morgan Richter, Senior Copywriter for retail, coming from TracyLocke where she worked on the S.C. Johnson account. Additionally on Smuckers is award winning creative team Jaime Flynn and Jen Stopka, most recently from Cramer-Krasselt where they worked on Porsche, BIC Soleil, Vitamix, Google, Citibank, Jim Beam, and VISA. Flynn and Stopka will also be working on Valspar and FCB Chicago’s newest client added to the roster: Academy Sports.

Senior Copywriter, John Potter, will also be working on Smuckers and Academy Sports, with a portfolio of brands under his belt including Pinnacle Vodka, Jim Beam, Modelo Especial, Huggies, Glade after working at Ogilvy and Energy BBDO.

Alan Kwon joins as a Senior Art Director on our State Farm team, after most recently working for Mondelez, and nearly a decade working in New York on Microsoft, Milk, Outback, Gillette, Coors and Lexus.

Originally from the Naples region of Italy, Salvatore Russomanno brings global experience from working in Germany, China, New York and now Chicago. He has worked on Bose, Subway, Vodafone, Mercedez Benz, Ricola, and will now be working on FCB’s Choose Chicago and Humana accounts. Russomanno’s work has been recognised at ADC, AME and the New York Festival.
