Canadian agency Cossette and the Egg Farmers of Canada are looking to change this with the new campaign ‘Weekday Eggs’.
The comedic spot lays claim to a “groundbreaking innovation”: quick-cook ‘weekday eggs’.
Obviously it’s all tongue-in-cheek and they are in fact merely regular eggs given a new name.The Egg Farmers of Canada also partnered with Citizen Relations on a branded food truck activation in Toronto and Montreal, where commuters were offered samples of the new ‘product’.
