'Duelling Instruments' for Jackpotjoy
isobel and Outsider pit cellist against concert squeaker in musical 'play-off'
isobel have created a new ad for Jackpotjoy, Duelling Instruments. It is the second in a series of ads that dares the nation to have more daft fun in their lives ‘Just for the Jackpotjoy of it’.
Two musicians in a recording studio take part in a bizarre musical ‘play‐off’. They start to play Bach's Toccato and Fugue In D Minor; one is a cellist the other a virtuoso squeaky toy player.
As the piece progresses the musicians become more competitive, with the ‘concert squeaker’ ultimately stealing the show. The ad also features Barbara Windsor as the ‘Queen of Bingo’ who asks the question: ‘What would you do just for the Jackpotjoy of it?’
The New 30 second ad launched on Friday 12th October with a further execution to feature later in the year. The campaign, with a spend of £5 Million, will run until February 2013.
