Dodge recognised by the 34th annual Healthcare Advertising Awards and Communicator Awards for impactful client work

Dodge Communications, an Atlanta-based, integrated communications agency serving the healthcare, financial services and life sciences industries, recently received numerous industry awards, including the Healthcare Advertising Awards and the Communicator Awards.

Healthcare Marketing Report announced the winner of its 34th annual advertising competition “The Healthcare Advertising Awards,” with Dodge’s client work receiving honours in two awards. The oldest and largest healthcare advertising awards competition in the nation, Healthcare Marketing Report selects winners from 4,000 entries based on execution, creativity, quality, consumer appeal and “breakthrough advertising content”.

Dodge received silver award recognition for its advertising campaign on behalf of Omnicell, end-to-end medication and supply management solutions across the care continuum. The Omnicell “Inspired by Care” theme debuted the company’s refreshed brand after critical acquisitions in an effort to elevate and differentiate its offerings in a crowded market. The global campaign centred on humanising the healthcare benefits Omnicell provides contrasted against the company’s technological innovations.

In the same competition, Dodge won a bronze award for client Reed Group’s MD Guidelines product collateral, which was designed for the leading health and productivity company, Reed Group. To support its business initiatives in the healthcare and accountable care organisation markets, Dodge created a brochure and pocket folder aligning with MD Guidelines’ new theme, “The Measure of Health.”

“At Dodge, success is when we find and harness each client’s story and differentiated market viewpoints to help them rise above competitors and succinctly communicate their value,” said Chowning Johnson, executive vice president, account management at Dodge Communications. “Each of these awards acknowledges our employees’ strategic thinking and creativity paired with great client partnerships to reach this goal.”

The Communicator Awards, honouring excellence in marketing and communications, also tapped Dodge for its Award of Distinction. Highlighting the logo created on behalf of Access One,a leading provider of patient payment options designed to help patients manage their healthcare costs, the company sought Dodge’s expertise to modernise and elevate the company from a regional to national market presence. The logo represented one critical step in an overall branding and positioning strategy. The Omnicell “Inspired by Care” advertising campaign also received an Award of Distinction. The Communicator Awards receives more than 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, honouring work that transcends innovation and craft-work for a lasting impression.
