Dirty's Frame Get Dark and Dangerous for American Horror Story

Co-directed by Frame’s double trouble Anders Schroder and Tom Crate, the promo see snapshots of clowns coated in various sized holes - which is said to be triggering the wholly uncomfortable trypophobia – and through the use of abstract colour and sharp cutting effects, we are put into a hypnotic spell.

Known for their highly stylised, highly detailed and atmospheric films for brands such as Jaguar, Porsche, Carlsberg, Ford and others, Frame have kicked down the genre door marked ‘horror’ and have been warmly welcomed inside. Directing collective Frame are delighted to have been given the opportunity to partner with the FX team in order to create a vivid yet eerie promo spot for the forthcoming AHS Cult. The show first aired in October 2011 on the US channel FX, and since then has been racking up an average view of over 3 million per episode, as well as winning 2 Golden Globe Awards. The series also feature famous faces such as Jessica Lange, Lady Gaga, Evan Peters and Emma Roberts.
