Daniel Levi Directs Psychedelic New Music Video for Raw Bars & JR's Track 'Oochee Wally'

Daniel Levi has just released his brand new promo for the new track “Oochee Wally” for Raw Bars & JR.

The video falls under the sponsorship umbrella of the “Start Something” initiative by cider brand Hunter’s and radio station Metro FM. It aims to kickstart the careers of young talent by putting them together with older, established artists.

Emerging Johannesberg-based artist Raw Bars was taken under the wing of legendary South African hip-hop artist JR in a collaboration to create a song and video sponsored by Hunter’s Cider and Metro FM.  

Levi says: "They gave me free reign to create a video concept and I came up with visuals inspired by two of my favourite films: Blade Runner and 2001: A Space Odyssey. I wanted it to feel like Africa meets Asian sci-fi.” 

The video was shot in Cape Town, South Africa.
