Cravens Launch New Video Content And Digital Production Company Boffin and Beau
Boffin and Beau, a multi-platform content production company, launches this weekfrom its main office in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The new outfit, which is part owned
by creative marketing agency Cravens, promises to harness ‘the art of smart’ for a broad national and international client-base.
The management team behind Boffin and Beau bring experience gained from producing branded and original short form content for broadcasters such as National Geographic, ITV,
CBS, Extreme Sports and Food Network. The team have also worked directly with brands as diverse as Ladbrokes Coral, Nike, Adidas, Swatch, Vodafone and Virgin Money.
“We wanted to extend our ability to deliver regular, high-quality production work and find flexible, effective solutions that embrace today’s technology landscape” explains Managing Director Andrew Kidger. “There is a clear demand for smarter, targeted content, often at scale and frequency. But with so much content bombarding us every day, the need for cut-through creative and customer relevance is clearer than ever. We will never forget that content needs not only to engage, inspire and entertain but ultimately must have a purpose.’’

The new company will operate independently of Cravens and in addition to in-house filming and post production capacity, will scale up and down, bringing specific expertise to different jobs as required.
