Colenso BBDO has continued its streak of wins at the ‘Mashies’ to four straight years, this time being awarded the Best Brand / Influencer Partnership for Amnesty Internationals ‘Amnesty Unblocker’ and the Best Experiential Marketing campaign for DB Export ‘Brewtroleum’.
These wins, along with four further shortlists for Amnesty International Unblocker in Best Traditional Marketing Campaign & Best Global Campaign, Backyard Burger King in Best Experiential Marketing and PEDIGREE A Dog's Story in Best Use of Mobile mean that Colenso BBDO was the most successful New Zealand agency.
Nick Worthington, Creative Chairman, Colenso BBDO said, “The Mashies celebrates the world’s most progressive and successful social and digital campaigns. Naturally we're thrilled to pick up two wins and four shortlists and to be up there amongst some of the best digital companies in the world.”
The Mashies, run by Mashable.com and held overnight in New York, are in their fourth year and celebrate the best in social and digital marketing. With only 22 awards given out overall and a maximum for four campaigns being shortlisted in each category they’ve become one of the most hotly contested international award shows.
