Clemenger's 'Exception to the Rule' Recruitment Program Now Open to Sydney and Melbourne
'Exceptions
to the Rule' is a commitment to the agency's belief that the future
leaders of the creative industry aren't solely coming through
traditional tertiary or career pathways, providing an opportunity for
those who haven't studied advertising to enter the industry.

recruitment process is in two stages - the first being a video response
showcasing what makes the applicant interesting and unique, and the
second and final stage with successful applicants invited to participate
an agency style group task where they'll be assessed in person while
completing.
