Camp + King Expands Strategy Team with Shannon Gillmore and Sally Kallet
Marketing agency Camp + King has hired Shannon Gillmore (left) as a strategy coach and Sally Kallet (right) as a senior social strategist, partner/CEO Jamie King announced today.
Gillmore was one of Camp + King's first employees six years ago, and the shop is thrilled to welcome her back. She will work with individual strategists to help them craft better thinking for their clients and assist founder Jamie King to continue building on the agency's philosophy of making brands 'ConversationworthyTM'.
Gillmore has crafted successful positions for a diverse range of clients, including IBM, Walmart, Volkswagen, HBO, Google, Bacardi and Capital One.
Whether working with large global brands or up-and-coming tech startups, she remains dedicated to finding the insight that ignites conversation about brands.
"Shannon's one of the best strategists I've ever worked with, and she immediately upgrades our thinking," King said.
Kallet joins Camp + King from barrettSF, where she provided sound media strategy for Glassybaby, 1,000 Days and Humboldt Redwood. She started her career at brand-experience agency Cibo working on projects ranging from content strategy to social listening and analytics for brands including Union Bank, Restoration Hardware and Subaru Asia.
As senior strategist at Camp + King, Kallet will work on brands such as RE/MAX and Del Taco.
