Bucks Expands Sync Team with New Appointments
Bucks Music Group has expanded its award-winning sync division with three new appointments as well as promoting from within.
Holly Manners joins from leading music supervision agency Soho Music and will take on a new Bespoke Composition role at Bucks. She will maximise opportunities for bespoke work across TV, film and commercials for the company’s roster.
Angus Fulton joins the independent publisher as Senior Licensing Manager. He was previously responsible for sync licensing at Warner/Chappell.
Tom Frank joins from [PIAS] as Sync Executive and will be responsible for placing music in TV and video games with a focus on new signings and releases.
Finally, after completing Bucks’ internship programme, Charlotte Robson has been given a full time position as Sync Assistant. She also has previous intern experience at Manners McDade.
The new recruits join Bucks Licensing Executive Fahima Jan and Head of Creative Sync Jonathan Tester.
Bucks Music Group has an enviable track record in sync, having secured numerous high profile placements in recent months across commercials (BT, Argos, VW, Nissan, Sky Sports) television (Made In Chelsea, Match Of The Day, Black Mirror) and film (High Rise, Bridget Jones’ Baby, Me Before You).
The company was nominated once again in the Independent Publisher category at this year’s Music Week Sync Awards, having already won the gong last year.
Jonathan Tester said: “The expansion of the Bucks sync team demonstrates our unrivalled commitment to our writers and shows how seriously we take this side of the business. We are thrilled by the calibre of our new team members and we’re also delighted to promote from within, taking on one of our interns as a full time member of staff. Our strengthened sync team will continue to build on the great work we have already achieved here."
