BRW USA Signs Director Shyam Madiraju for Spots

BRW USA, Los Angeles signs noted filmmaker Shyam Madiraju for commercial representation in the U.S. and Italy.   Previously with his own company Gobsmack!, Madiraju started his career at Anonymous Content and has infused countless American and international spots with his signature cinematic storytelling.   The director’s seminal work includes the provocative “Checkout” for L.A. Film Festival, which earned him a 2006 Kodak Director of the Year Award at Cannes, “Multiply” for Vicks, “Someplace” for McDonald’s as well as spots for Chevy, Toyota and AT&T to name a few.  Madiraju is also known for his highly acclaimed branded content work including a series of three web films for Ritz Carlton.  Most recently, he directed a pulse-quickening spot for Indian motor oil giant Savsol out of DDB Mudra (Mumbai) featuring a Savsol-drenched fly darting between people and auto parts as if shot from a gun.
