In addition to the new hires the creative team of Sam + Mikey have been appointed as Content Leads for the whole agency

In a period of further growth and expansion, award-winning Boys + Girls  Ireland’s largest independently owned creative agency, has announced a series of new appointments and promotions throughout the business.

The agency’s blue-chip client roster includes Three Ireland, Energia, Ulster Bank, Dulux, Jose Cuervo, Bushmills, Fitbit and Kerry Group.

Caroline Keogh, Business Director

With 12 years industry experience in leading Irish agencies, at Boys + Girls, Caroline heads up the agency's portfolio of global accounts, namely Jose Cuervo, Bushmills, and Fitbit.  In her new role as Business Director, Caroline will be continuing this global work plus focusing further on new business and the delivery of the agency's strategic goals.

David Carter, Account Director

Graduating with a BA in Economics & Spanish from Trinity College Dublin, David also holds an MSc. in Business Management from DCU. Previously at Epsilon for 3 years working on the Google account, David joined Boys + Girls in 2014 as an Account Manager prior to now being promoted to Account Director. During his time at the agency David also worked on the Independent Broadcasters of Ireland campaign that won a prestigious D&AD Pencil award. He has worked on clients including Jose Cuervo and Bushmills and will be the lead Account Director on Energia and Skoda.

Lily Pinson, Office Manager

After studying International Development & Food Policy at University College Cork (and as part of these studies), Lily spent 6 months in southern Africa working towards breaking the cycle of poverty in Lesotho through product development and design for local craft sector businesses. Previously in the hospitality industry, most recently she managed the start-up of an organic, sustainability-focused restaurant in Somerset, England. Joining the Boys + Girls team as Office Manager Lily is now responsible for the day to day running of the office.

Georgia McClure, Account Executive

Georgia studied pre-nursing-midwifery, working in the Coombe Hospital. She completed the ICAD Upstarts in Art Direction and has worked in Art Direction and set design for film, commercial and stills shoots. Previously Office Manager in Boys + Girls for almost two years, as Account Executive, she is currently working on the Ulster Bank brand.

Rachel Campbell, Account Executive:

Rachel Studied Sociology & Social Policy in Trinity College Dublin before completing a Masters in Advertising in DIT. On graduating, Rachel worked in sales and events before joining Boys + Girls as Account Executive working with clients including Three & The Irish Heart Foundation.

Boys + Girls also recently announced a series of senior level new appointments in its expanded Account Management Division, headed by Pat Stephenson, a founder partner at the agency. These include Mark O’Connor, Business Director, Natalie Hopkins, Senior Account Director and Sorcha Hanratty Senior Account Director.

In addition, the creative team of Sam + Mikey (Sam Moorhead and Mikey Fleming) have been appointed as Content Leads.  In a first appointment of its kind at the agency, they will have responsibility for all content being created at the agency initiating concepts for clients (and Boys + Girls) in addition to overseeing other creative work in the business.
