Adam will continue to lead BBH's ZAG alongside his new role

Adam Arnold, the Managing Partner of BBH’s branding and venturing division, ZAG, has been promoted to Deputy Chairman of BBH London.

In his new role Adam will support Chairman Jon Peppiatt in leading the agency's Partners, engaging with BBH Clients on innovation projects and working with the Agency’s UK Management. Adam will continue to lead ZAG alongside his new role.

Adam joined BBH as a graduate trainee back in 2000 and quickly rose through the ranks of Account Management, working on a range of Clients including ITV and Audi, before running the Vodafone account.

Neil Munn, now BBH Global CEO, set up ZAG in 2006 and Adam joined him to invent brands and products for unmet consumer needs - making ideas on paper come to life on the high street. The most successful joint venture, Litebulb Group, led to a floatation on the LSE. Adam was promoted to the BBH Board in 2009.

Today, ZAG has grown into a ‘Consultancy that ventures’. Offering brand strategy, design and innovation to Clients as well as taking equity positions in early stage consumer tech start-ups.

Jon Peppiatt, Chairman of BBH London said: “We’re very lucky to have Adam and we want his impressive skills and experiences of innovation, commerciality and high level consultancy to touch more of our business so that his influence can be felt more widely. Adam lives and breathes the core values and beliefs of BBH, not just in words but in actions, and he has done so since the very first day he walked into the building just over 15 years ago. He will make an excellent Deputy Chairman.”
