In 2017, the agency won 1 Gold, 14 Silvers and 18 Bronzes awards for 13 pieces of work across 11 clients
Last night, BBDO Bangkok was named Agency of The Year for the third year in a row at the Adman Awards & Symposium 2017, Thailand’s biggest advertising award festival.
BBDO Bangkok took home a total of 35 awards, including the Popular Award – as voted by the public – reinforcing BBDO’s position as Thailand’s leading advertising agency. The majority of the awards were in recognition of the ‘Speed Limit Monk Statue’ work for Thai Health Promotion Foundation, and the ‘Immortal Adoption’ campaign for the Thai Dog House.
Mr. Suthisak Sucharittanonta, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of BBDO Bangkok, said, "We are honoured and pleased that our works have been recognised, and we thank our clients for seeing the value of creativity. This year, we continued to develop work under the concept of ‘New World Creative,’ focusing on new and creative innovations for brands and consumers, which nicely ties in with the ‘No Format Creative’ theme for this year’s Adman Awards.”
Mr. Somkiat Larptanunchaiwong, Chief Executive Officer of BBDO Bangkok, said, “Congratulations to all the winners. Creativity is the key to success for brands and organizations, and we believe Thai creatives are among the best. BBDO Bangkok is always in the pursuit for creative excellence, but we are also passionate about the progress and success of our people, our industry and Thailand as a whole.”
