B-Reel Makes an Alternative Play on Time In Response to Android Wear 2.0
In response to the release of Android Wear 2.0 this week and a new functional upgrade, creative agency B-Reel is making an alternative play on time by launching five new satirical smart watch faces on Google Play, encouraging wearers to shake free from the utility-focused watch faces, and look at time in new and unexpected ways.
The package of five faces, entitled “About Time,” includes a YOLO, Minutes to Midnight, Spinner, Buffer and High-Five watch face, using humour to affect your perception of time throughout the day. “About Time” was concepted, designed and developed in-house at B-Reel – a reflection of the agency’s maker culture, which is at the core of its creative process. High res images of the designs are attached.
