Award Awards Second Wave of Finalists Announced

The final wave of finalists for the 38th AWARD Awards has been announced across six categories: Film & Video, Radio, Digital, Craft in Advertising Digital, Branded Entertainment & Content, Craft in Advertising Branded Entertainment & Content.

By category, those agencies with the most finalists include: 

Film & Video: BMF, DDB Group New Zealand, TBWA Sydney all with four finalists followed by Havas with three finalists. Clemenger BBDO Wellington, Cummins & Partners Melbourne, FINCH, Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney, The Monkeys and Y&R Group each with two finalists;

Digital: Clemenger BBDO Melbourne with 10 finalists, followed by DDB Sydney with four finalists. Leo Burnett Sydney, Leo Burnett Melbourne, R/GA Sydney, TBWA Auckland, TBWA Sydney and The Monkeys each with three finalists;

Craft in Advertising – Digital: R/GA Sydney and TKT Sydney both with two finalists and all other finalists with one each; 

Branded Entertainment & Content: The Monkeys with seven finalists followed by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, R/GA Sydney, TKT Sydney with five finalists each. All other finalists with one finalist each;

Craft in Advertising - Branded Entertainment & Content: All finalists with one finalist each; 

Radio: DDB Group New Zealand with seven finalists followed by BMF and TBWA Auckland with four finalists each. Cummins & Partners Melbourne with three and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne with two finalists.

Chairs in each of these categories were: Ben Coulson (Clemenger BBDO) for Film & Video, Alex Derwin (BMF) for Radio, Ben Keenan (Thought Police) for Digital and Craft in Advertising Digital, Justin Drape (The Monkeys) for Branded Entertainment & Content and Craft in Advertising Branded Entertainment & Content.
