AnalogFolk Appoints Ruth Sreenan As EVP, Operations

Independent digital creative agency AnalogFolk announced the appointment of Ruth Sreenan as EVP, Operations for the US. The newly created position comes at a pivotal time of growth for AnalogFolk’s US operations (New York and Portland). The agency has seen revenue increases of 120% in the past year due to AOR wins including Nike US Football, Blink Fitness and Guardian Life.

Based in New York and reporting to Partner/Managing Director Kunal Muzumdar, Sreenan will be responsible for creating and implementing best practices and tools to optimize the overall operation, effectiveness and financial wellness of the agency. She will also oversee project management and production, talent, finance and office services.

“Adding Ruth to our team is incredibly exciting. Her experience is hugely valuable to an agency our size,” says Muzumdar. “She will help reinforce our foundation from an operational standpoint so that how we make is as innovative as what we make.”

A seasoned executive with 20 years in the industry, Sreenan has extensive US and European management experience specializing in agency leadership, operations and overall business and financial performance. Prior to joining AF, Sreenan was SVP, Finance and Operations at WPP’s POSSIBLE, where she oversaw agency management, including P&L ownership, and helped turn the agency’s profits around by streamlining internal and client processes that resulted in revenue doubling year over year for the first two years. She also acted as POSSIBLE’s regional operations lead for large cross-WPP new business opportunities including defining new operational and pricing models.

A dual citizen of Ireland and the US, Sreenan has three kids that keep her constantly in motion.
