Kenna joins KBS’s global network as a CRM specialism based in Toronto

KBS announced today that Kenna, a sister agency within the MDC Partners portfolio in Canada, has become part of the agency’s global stack of brand building specialisms. Kenna joins KBS’s global network as a CRM specialism based in Toronto and providing CRM support and capabilities to KBS’s offices around the world.

In addition to Kenna, other specialisms within the KBS stack include The Media Kitchen for media planning and buying, Attention social media agency and Kwittken communications agency as well as business units around technology (KBS Spies & Assassins), start-up investment (KBS Ventures) and content creation (KBS Content Labs). KBS’s global stack works conjointly to generate creatively driven, fully integrated strategies for brand clients across all touch points.

This new partnership will combine KBS’s creativity with Kenna’s extensive customer experience capabilities, allowing the agencies to leverage each other’s complementary expertise to offer fully integrated marketing solutions to their clients. The addition of Kenna as a CRM specialism also enables KBS to seamlessly deliver creativity to clients across all channels and platforms worldwide—a highly differentiated benefit of the KBS stack.
