Three marketing gurus walk into this bar for breakfast… no, it’s not a joke, they really will and they’ll have some solid advice for Brisbane’s marketing and advertising community

They’ll be there to give a presentation at the first breakfast of 2015 organised by the Queensland Branch of the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising on 21 May 2015 at Newstead Brewing Company.

On tap at So, three gurus walked into this bar are… Harvey Sanchez (pictured), head of marketing-CRM, eBay Australia; Nathan Bush, group digital manager, Super Retail Group Australia, and Malcolm Auld, principal, The Marketing Campus.

The three marketing gurus will talk about how they interpret data and derive insights from data to unlock its true value and deliver great results for their customers.

Auld is a thought leader in the world of data-driven marketing, having delivered success to several multinational agencies and marketing departments in New York, Asia and Australia, he now spends a lot of his time teaching and writing marketing text books.

Sanchez has an extensive background in global sales/marketing, business development and program management with diverse industries like technology and telecommunications. He spent two years as CEO of ClickView, where he was awarded BRW’s Most Innovative Company in 2012. He is currently head of marketing for eBay where he leads all internet and CRM marketing efforts for the world’s largest online marketplace.

Bush is group digital manager for the Super Retail Group brands including Supercheap Auto, Rebel, BCF, Ray's Outdoors and Amart Sports. He has experience as a client, agency and supplier across digital and traditional media. At SRG, Nathan focuses on steering the digital strategy across all brands involving e-Commerce conversion optimisation, customer engagement, multichannel integration and traffic driving.
