A-MNEMONIC Music Helps Strictly Come Dancing Get Its Groove On

A-MNEMONIC Music has been commissioned by the BBC to arrange the music on this year’s ‘out of this world’ Strictly Come Dancing’ TV teasers.

The 10 second ‘news-style’ teaser announces that “glittering planet strictly is in our skies” and prepares us to be dazzled!

The show is back this September with a line up of 15 celebrity contestants who have been announced over the last few weeks.  The line up includes US singer Anastacia, British pop star Will Young, BBC Breakfast Presenter Naga Munchetty, former Economic Secretary to the Treasury Ed Balls, Olympic long jumper Greg Rutherford, EastEnders actress Tameka Empson and Birds Of A Feather star Lesley Joseph.

As for the professional dancers; Kristina Rihanoff, Ola Jordan, Aliona Vilani, Tristan MacManus and Gleb Savchenko have all left Strictly for this year's series.

Taking their place are world-class Latin and Ballroom dance experts including World Champion Katya Jones, Ukrainian Champion Oksana Platero and top Spanish dance professional Gorka Marquez.

The six new additions will be joined by a trio of British dancers including World Champion Neil Jones and British and European Youth Latin and Ballroom Champions, AJ Pritchard and Chloe Hewitt, who will be the youngest ever professional dancers to appear on Strictly Come Dancing. 

The line up will have to impress judges Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Darcey Bussell.
