Partizan are looking for a hard-working and pro active Office Manager

 

Key Responsibilities include:

·      General Office Management

·      Opening / Closing the office

·      Answering phones and running main reception emails

·      Managing freelance runners and interns (conducting interviews)

·      Assisting the Executives - booking lunch meetings, hotels and flights for Executives

·      Helping run castings (headsheets, filming and editing)

·      Awards submissions

·      Maintaining Databases and uploading new work (Wiredrive & Dropbox)

·      Planning office events

 

Requirements:

·      Excellent communication skills and phone manner

·      Ability to prioritise

·      Excellent attention to detail

·      High level of computer literary with MS Office and Mac equivalent

·      A knowledge of Wiredrive and Dropbox is desirable, although not essential

·      A willingness to learn about the production industry

·      Edit skills would be welcomed

·      Must be enthusiastic, willing, hardworking and fun!
