You’ll need to enjoy a fast-paced, high volume role where no two days are the same.

The hours are 9:00-17:30, and the senior management take pride in the fact that most people are out the door by 17:35 latest, as they are able to get through their workload within those hours.
- You need to be a pragmatic and quick thinking go getter, eager to push themselves, and quick to work on points of development for themselves and act on them.
- You need to be strong as well as personable in front of clients, and able to question and critique new briefs.
- You will be working in a cohesive and collaborative team and will be expected to be a part of continuing that trend.
- You will have experience managing a team of three, enjoy autonomy, and proactively seek new opportunities.
