Mad Cow Films are seeking to employ a dynamic, client-facing Head of Content to lead their busy Content Division. Since its launch in early 2016, the division has created both campaigns and individual films for clients such as: Honda, Next, Jaguar, Amazon, Andrex, American Express & Royal Mail to name but a few. We are now looking for the person that will lead the division into a new era where data driven content is a massive part of the advertising landscape. Although the role is suited to someone with previous experience working in Content, we do not want to rule out the possibility of seeing Marketing & Business Graduates as well.
The applicant must be a driven, self-starting articulate communicator, at ease with clients ranging from agency producers and creatives to marketing directors of blue chip companies. The ability to source new business and convert this into sales in essential as is a basic understanding of production, post production and the process of creating amazing content films.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, dependent on experience, and performance related bonuses. Ideally, we’d like someone to be in place by early June but, if necessary, we would wait for the ideal person to come available.
