A top ten agency is looking for a Art Producer to produce amazing work for them. It will be to work within a consolidated department structured to meet all the agency’s Print requirements.

This department will comprise of both individuals that specialise in a core skill or individuals that can proactively manage and produce a spectrum of requirements.

Print producers will not have a portfolio of accounts. The head of department will ensure a relevant consistency on the larger accounts.

Scoping and budget investigation.

Scoping photographic options prior to client presentation of concepts working with Project Manager and Creative Director / Team across estimating, feasibility and timings.

The Producer must fully understand the full Print Process and supply for static digital assets, press publication requirements and OOH including skills across special build to enable clear and accurate scoping.

Legal, Formal Estimating and Risk Management.

On instruction (client approval of concept) the Producer will negotiate and advise on talent contracts and fees.

As part of the process the Producer will evaluate risk management and insurances for all agency productions.

The Producer will also manage all legal affairs including copyright laws and usage rights.


The Producer will manage the final design requirement from concept, working closely with the Creative Team and the core team.

Must have good understanding of design process, design technology and logistics.


The Producer will manage all aspects of Pre Production from the agenda, schedule, cook ups and contact reports.

At this point all specs, logistics, creative boundaries and expectations will be agreed both internally and with the client – via account management. 


The Producer will attend and manage all aspects of a shoot.

Working closely with the core team they manage the logistics, print requirements, specs and ‘on the job’ challenges.

Responsible for large scale global productions with understanding of differing cultures and approaches to production.

Post Production / Retouching / Final designs

The Producer will manage all aspects of post from retouching through to final design.

Must work in conjunction and understand production processes and systems.


Print buying and print fulfilment specialists.


From approved master artwork the Print Fulfilment Manager will supply against an approved rotation and schedule.

Proactively maintaining and working with external media partners. Working internally to manage and deliver against client approved rotations – reactively working on last minute changes or bookings.

It is their responsibility to track costs via Axiom and reconcile against client approved estimates.


From approved media and master artwork the OOH specialist will negotiate and buy the print on behalf of the client / the agency. At times this is will be part of a media inclusive package.

The Print Fulfilment Manager will stock test and pass on press all campaigns to ensure the best possible quality.

It is their responsibility to track costs via Axiom and reconcile against client approved estimates.
